Although I keep an old school notebook at work to keep track of my to-do list I don't use any apps or lists for my personal tasks. Instead I use the method I described in one of my posts - Task Management with Google Calendar - which works incredibly well for me. Google Calendar is still my best productivity hack.
This weekend I decided to organize all my email as well: I labeled them, trashed all unnecessary ones, and archived everything so that now I have no emails in my inbox.
